Does anyone have a good diagram for a Firebird with 3 mini humbuckers, 3 500k Volumes, 1 500K tone, and a 3 way switch? I've been playing around with changing capacitors in my Epiphone VII. I replaced the stock ceramic ones with some .047 Sprague Orange Drops. I wired them in exactly how I removed the old ones, but nothing seemed to work. So I wired them how I wired the ones in my SG which I did earlier, with one end of the capacitor touching the middle prong (excuse my primative terminology) on the pot, and the other end soldered to the back of the pot. However, that made it pretty muddy. I tried some .022 Orange Drops instead, but with the same result. So I need a wiring diagram so I can see whether I've done something wrong.

Can anyone help?

That's probably be a useful schematic if I was using a push/pull pot. I just have 4 regular 500K pots. Do you have a diagram for that?

You can just wire the same way minus the portion running through the switch part of the pot.

I'd HIGHLY suggest creating a couple reverse no-load pots if your intending to have the middle pickup on its own volume control. Check out this thread:
