Birds of a feather...

I left the good camera at the shop so these will have to do for now. Just finished this guy up. Specs:

African Mahogany Body
ReRanch Shoreline Gold + Sherwin Williams Nitro Clear
Lollar 50's wind P90's
SM Wide/Medium fretwire
MOP inlays
Steinberger Tuners
Gotoh Bridge / Tailpiece
Carbon Fiber pickguard, rear cover and TRC

I've never had 1 guitar so jinxed in my entire life. From start to finish it fought every step. I'll probably end up respraying the color on the body eventually, there's a couple spots I'm not happy with. OR.... I'll just bump into something tonight by accident at my gig, put the first chip in it and no longer care.

She is a screamer though. Bit heavier (according to the back gauge) than the white one, maybe .25-.5lb. Plays great though, couldn't be more pleased.

I'll snap better pictures tomorrow hopefully

I think because I want a chip to happen... it'll stay pristine forever!

Tony, you know how I've been complaining that the Kent Armstrong mini's are to weak for a bridge pup. Well, I was having the same issue with these lollars. Turns out I had created a wiring issue that was doing it. Fixed it and both birds sound absolutely killer now.

When I'm more awake I'll document it in the mods forum. It was very interesting dilemma.
